Star Motors of Ottawa

2017 Recipient of the Business and the Arts Recognition Award

The Business and the Arts Recognition Award was awarded to Jeff Mierins of Star Motors Ottawa to at the Arts Awards Presentation on evening of May 9, 2017, where he was presented with a limited edition print from Geraldine Taylor’s Experimental Farm series as well as an annual membership to the Ottawa Arts Council. The award was initiated in 1994 to recognize and encourage support from Ottawa’s business community to the local arts sector. 

Star Motors of Ottawa has been a leader in the greater Ottawa arts community. With consistent involvement and support in arts and community-based organizations, Star Motors of Ottawa has a dedication to the sustainable development of arts and culture in Ottawa. It has been a reliable and steadfast partner of the Ottawa Art Gallery for over ten years and has exemplary engagement with organizations and causes that champion arts education.
