About Jennifer Covert :
Jennifer Covert is the eMarketing Officer at Canada’s National Arts Centre where she develops and consults on online marketing and communications strategy, a position she's held for over 5 years. She’s worked in arts marketing since before the internet existed and as such has worked in all aspects of audience development for music, theatre and dance performances as well as festivals and education and outreach activities. Jennifer holds an M.A. in Theatre from the University of British Columbia. She is an active participant in the Ottawa’s vibrant visual and performing arts scene and is a reformed drama club nerd.
